 G (United Prayer Rising)” where generations from across nations converged t
 o fast, to pray, and to believe God for the reversal of the trends of attac
 ks happening globally among the youth today, and to see the birthing of new
 , youth-led prayer and mission movements. On its last day, at the Nuri Peac
 e Park, DMZ (the border between North and South Korea), the youth contended
  for the reunification of Korea, and we continue to witness today the hope 
 of it becoming so alive!\n
\n\nAfter the UPRISING in Korea, young people ha
 ve owned the vision, and have taken the zeal for united prayer to their res
 pective regions and nations. The “waves” have rolled out; there is now UPRI
 SING Philippines, UPRISING South Africa, UPRISING Mongolia, UPRISING Bolivi
 a, UPRISING Malaysia, UPRISING Europe, UPRISING Canada, UPRISING Chile, UPR
 ISING Mexico, and UPRISING California.\n
\n\nOn January 23-26, 2019 in Jaka
 rta, Indonesia, we are calling for another global UPRISING. But due to the 
 sensitivity of the word “uprising,” this one will be called “WORLD GENERATI
 ON GATHERING: GLOBAL UPR.” The theme will be, “Receiving the Moravian Lamps
 tand: Prayer + Missions,” and we are envisioning to bring together a projec
 ted estimate of 4,000 youth and young adult leaders for a 3-day destiny-eng
 aging convergence which will be held at the ICC-MGK in North Jakarta, and a
 n estimate of 10,000 for the Solemn Assembly which will be held at the Stad
 ium Area in Senayan.\n
\n\nLike the first global gathering in Korea, we bel
 ieve that this will awaken the young “Davids” to fight against their genera
 tion’s “Goliaths,” and against the injustices in the nations. It will provo
 ke them to wake up and do something. And we believe that the greatest injus
 tice today remains to be this: that JESUS is not worshipped in the nations.
  We know that only Jesus can bring true justice. So, the UPRISING will not 
 just be a call for the youth to gather in prayer, but it will be a call to 
 battle from a place of extravagant worship and united prayer as we launch a
  global generation to a global harvest, all unto the hastening of the retur
 n of the Desired of nations: Jesus Christ!\n
\n\nWe will also be locking ar
 ms with Indonesia as she is being released to her destiny at this hour. We 
 will join her in contending for the ancient doors to open up, as we believe
  that it will be the key for the other ancient gates in the nations to open
  too, toward taking the gospel back to Jerusalem, and preparing the church 
 to welcome the King of glory (Psalm 24:7-10)!\n
\n\nThe Moravians once crie
 d, “may the Lamb who was slain receive the due reward of His suffering.” In
  the spirit of the Moravians, we long to see the Church prepared for His co
 ming again. It is our prayer that this gathering in Indonesia in January wi
 ll be catalytic in awakening a generation in the nations to have a deep lon
 ging for Jesus’ return, and thus, align their lives unto that.\n
\n\nGod is
  releasing a new wave of the Jesus Movement, of the Azusa Street Revival, o
 f the Wales Revival, of the Moravian Revival on steroids… another great awa
 kening is being sparked! This is the Psalm 24 generation that God has been 
 waiting for. We hope you can join us in catalyzing these waves of youth-led
  global prayer and mission movements at the UPRISING, and together, let us 
 labor for the Lamb to receive His inheritance in the nations.\n
